Hand sculpted clay Fairy Maia & Fauna

2 beautiful Woodland Season fairies, "Fauna" named for the goddess of nature and animals
and "Maia" named for the goddess of springtime and growth.
Fauna and Maia have taken a break from their goddess duties to enjoy the beauty of a serene waterfall filled with cool water surrounded by delicate multicolored roses.
Fauna's outfit is made of orange and brown silk gauze, her hair is made from rich auburn Tibetan lamb mohair, she has hand painted acrylic green eyes, pink lips, her eye shadow is brown and red with a fine gold glitter, her cheeks were blushed with pink artist chalk before baking, her wings are adorned with delicate orange feathers and orange micro beads and are permanently attached in place and cannot be removed.
Maia's is made of pink and blue silk gauze , her hair is made from baby blonde Tibetan Lamb mohair, she has hand painted acrylic blue eyes , pink lips, her eye shadow is blue and pink with a fine silver glitter , her cheeks were blushed with artist chalk before baking , her wings are adorned with delicate blue feathers and glass glitter, and are permanently attached in place and cannot be removed.
Both fairies are all hand made by me out of polymer clay over a strong wire armature and other materials . All the small details in her face , fingernails and toenails are hand painted by me with artist acrylic paints and then sealed to protect the finish.
I do not use or make any molds for or from my clay creations making each one a OOAK ( one of a kind) and no two will ever be exactly alike.
The waterfall base is made of resin which I purchased to make this piece and stands 5 inches tall measures 5 and 3/4 inches wide and is 8 inches in depth and weighs 2lbs 7oz itself. I have decorated it with faux moss and tiny hand made polymer clay roses and leaves.
Both fairies measure 3 and 1/2 inches tall from her foot to the top of her head and are 4 inches tall to the tip of her wings.
They are in their natural baked state and are initialed and dated on the bottom and come with COA certificate of authenticity.
The base will be packaged and shipped separately from the fairies in order to insure your sculptures arrive safely , all will be shipped USPS priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. You will receive "2 " packages in the mail.
Please know that my sculptures are NOT toys and are not for small children, they are meant as collectibles only, please use proper supervision with young children.
