Payment
I accept credit card, debit card and echeck thru Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay with your credit card, the checkout process will take you to a secure page where you can choose to pay with Paypal or your credit card.
Please remember all funds(echecks ) must clear your account before I can ship your order.
Echecks thru Paypal take 3-4 business days ( sat, sun and holidays are not considered business days) for funds to clear your account, which means it will take 3-4 business days before I can ship your purchase to you and then 2-3 days for it to be delivered by the post office.
** Sales tax is charged to WV customers only**
Shipping
Large orders will be shipped USPS priority mail except hand sculpted pins and mini sculptures, which can be shipped USPS 1st class mail.
Please "only" choose 1st class mail at check out if you are ordering pins, mini sculptures or only "one" larger figurine. USPS 1st class weight limit is 13 oz. Please see my shipping info for 1st class rates, all other items have to be shipped priority mail due to size and weight.
Privacy
I understand the importance of privacy, which is why your information shall never be used for any purpose other than to contact you about an order. All payments are totally secure and are not accessed by my website, your information is secured through Paypal and "only" Paypal.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are always welcome and are to be paid for in advance, I will make a product listing for your item and email it to you to complete your order.
Please allow 7-14 days for completion of your sculpture, I will also email you pictures of your sculpture once it is finished for your approval before it is shipped.
To view figurines I have made and sold go to the Photos Gallery, each one has an email link for custom orders if you have any questions, please feel free to email me anytime as I check my email numerous times a day LOL!!
